Request account deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your MoonToon account to winniet@naturethebest.homes with the subject MoonToon Account Deletion Request.
Include the registered email address and your MoonToon user ID if it is available. Do not send your password or payment-card information. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request belongs to you.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge the request and verify account ownership when necessary.
- After verification, we will deactivate the account and delete or de-identify associated profile information, favorites, progress, comments, and support data.
- Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, transaction, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Deletion cannot be undone after it is completed.
