Request account deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your MoonToon account to winniet@naturethebest.homes with the subject MoonToon Account Deletion Request.
Include the registered email address and your MoonToon user ID if it is available. Do not send your password. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request belongs to you.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge the request and verify account ownership when necessary.
- After verification, we will deactivate the account and delete or de-identify associated profile information, favorites, progress, comments, and support data.
- Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Deletion cannot be undone after it is completed.
