MoonToon is operated by NATURE THE BEST INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (“MoonToon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the MoonToon application, website, and related support services.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information
We may collect your email address, display name, avatar, account identifier, and information you choose to provide when contacting support. You can use some features with a guest account.
Device and attribution information
We may process installation identifiers, device identifiers, Adjust identifiers, app version, operating system, language, IP address, and basic device and network information. If you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, an advertising identifier may also be available for attribution and measurement.
App activity
We collect information about how the service is used, including sessions, content impressions and selections, reading or viewing progress, favorites, downloads, sharing activity, notification interactions, and feature performance. Search analytics use the query length and a device-salted one-way fingerprint; we do not store the original search phrase in those analytics events.
Content you provide
We process comments, feedback, support messages, and images you choose to upload with feedback or as an avatar.
Transactions
Where purchase features are available, we process order identifiers, purchased items, price, currency, subscription status, and fulfillment records. Payment providers process full payment-card details; MoonToon does not receive or store your full card number.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, we process a push token, permission status, delivery information, and notification interactions so we can deliver and improve notifications.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, content, progress, downloads, support, and other requested features.
- Personalize recommendations and improve product performance.
- Measure installation sources, campaigns, feature usage, and service reliability.
- Deliver notifications you have enabled.
- Process and fulfill transactions where purchase features are available.
- Protect users, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers to operate MoonToon. These may include Cloudflare for application delivery and security, Google Cloud for storage, Apple Push Notification service for notifications, Adjust for attribution and measurement, and payment processors where purchase features are available. They process information for the services they provide to us and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Tracking choices
On supported Apple devices, MoonToon asks for permission before accessing data used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. You can change this permission in iOS Settings. Declining tracking does not prevent you from using MoonToon’s core features.
You can control notifications in your device settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices available in your region.
6. Data retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing the service, resolving disputes, maintaining security, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, tax, or accounting requirements. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Account deletion and your rights
You may request deletion of your MoonToon account and associated personal information by following our Delete Account instructions. We will delete or de-identify information associated with the account unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email winniet@naturethebest.homes.
8. Children’s privacy
MoonToon is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use safeguards intended to protect information during international transfers.
